Job description:

  1. Training, counseling, and coaching our staff.
  2. Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness.
  3. Creating clear and concise reports.
  4. Giving helpful and engaging presentations.
  5. Maintaining and reporting on workplace health and safety compliance.
  6. Handling workplace investigations, disciplinary, and termination procedures.
  7. Maintaining employee and workplace privacy.
  8. Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  9. Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
  10. Managing the recruitment and selection process
  11. Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
  12. Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization in coordination with the HR manager.
  13. Nurture a positive working environment
  14. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
  15. Maintain pay plan and benefits program
  16. Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
  17. Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics

  6. Ability to give presentations.
  7. Knowledge of relevant health and safety laws.
  8. Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
